This is a stirred rum cocktail with aged Rhum Agricole, port, sweet vermouth, and two types of bitters. The Professor, attributed to Michael Madrusan in winter of 2007, is a rhum riff on the Chancellor cocktail. I suppose that means this recipe just celebrated 10 years. Cheers.
