Today (March 5, 2017) was the last day of operation for Longitude, a 3-year old Tiki (and Adventure!) bar in Oakland, California, opened by Suzanne Long in 2014. Here's a video tour, courtesy of Humuhumu on Critiki. Though I'm not a local, I visited Longitude several times and I'm sad to see it go. I don't have any Longitude-specific cocktail recipes available to me, so I'm instead raising a rum barrel in their "Queens Barrel" mug in honor of Longitude.
