The Cuba Kula, published by Jeff Berry in Sippin' Safari, is a Ray Buhen original from the 1930s. 2 oz of lime juice is a lot to contend with, so I used 1 oz of honey mix instead of 0.5 oz of straight honey and added 0.25 of demerara syrup.
