I'm out at the hockey game tonight drinking a stadium beer instead of this Lapu Lapu inspired cocktail named after one of my favorite current Los Angeles Kings players, Anze Kopitar. I created this cocktail leading up the 2012 Stanley Cup playoffs when the Kings won their first Stanley Cup. Because of superstition and because the Kings won the first playoff game that year when I was sipping one of these, I ended up sipping a lot of these for ~2 months.
