I've added a new page based on a request I've had a couple of times. While I mentioned it in episode 13, I forgot to post a note here as well. In the main navigation for the site, there's a new button called "Resources". Linked within is a page with various rum substitutions. This may be a helpful resource you find a recipe that calls for Gold Puerto Rican rum and you want to know what fits the bill. Similarly, if a recipe calls for something specific that you may not have on hand, such as Appleton VX, what can be used in its place?
It's a living page, updated as I find new (and acceptable) substitutions.
