The break between episodes has been more than I would like, but I'm outlining some new episodes and I'm excited to get them recorded and posted. Heck, once this newest cold clears I may even be able to taste again.

I took a field trip yesterday.
I visited the Kōloa Rum company tasting room in Kauai. I hope that I'll also get a chance to visit the distillery.
