El Presidente
1 oz aged Cuban rum (Cana Brava Reserva Aneja)
1 oz Dolin Vermouth de Chambery (or equal parts dry and sweet french vermouth)
1/4 oz orange curaçao (Pierre Ferrand)

Stir with ice in a chilled mixing glass. Strain into a couple glass. Twist a section of orange peel over the glass and drop it in. Garnish with a single Luxardo maraschino cherry.

3/4 oz fresh lime juice
1 oz orange juice (fresh if you can)
1/4 oz falernum
1/4 oz grenadine
1/4 oz cinnamon syrup
1/4 oz Amaro di Angostura
1 oz Angostura 7 rum
1/2 oz Hamilton 151 rum

Flash blend with 1 cup crushed ice and pour unstrained into a double old-fashioned glass. Garnish with a cinnamon stick, and if you don’t need to make 100 of them in an hour: a snake made from an orange peel.

3/4 oz fresh lime juice
1 oz orange juice (fresh if you can)
1/2 oz passion fruit syrup
1/4 oz cinnamon syrup
1/4 oz Amaro di Angostura
1 oz Angostura 7 rum
1/2 oz Hamilton 151 rum

Flash blend with 1 cup crushed ice and pour unstrained into a double old-fashioned glass. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.

2 oz rum (Cruzan Single Barrel)
3/4 oz Swedish Punsch (Kronan)

Stir in a mixing glass with ice (add ice last) for about 30 seconds and then strain over a large chunk of ice in a double old-fashioned glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Golden Shellback
1 1/2 oz pineapple juice
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz orgeat
1/2 oz Swedish Punsch
1/2 oz Benedictine
1 1/2 oz Lost Spirits Polynesian rum

Shake with ice and strain into a tiki mug filled with crushed ice. Garnish with an edible flower and/or mint and a swizzle stick.
